GWC Returns Policy

This is our Returns information page, please read it carefully. If you are unsure about returning an item, please get in touch via our contact form.

We hope that are happy with your new GWC watch, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange your item(s) you have 30 days to return any purchases - please read the following information below to guide you in this process.

Simply complete a Return to GWC Form stating clearly the reason for return and any further information we may require, and include the form with your item(s), packaged safely and securely. Once shipped please make a note of the tracking number making sure to keep a copy of proof of postage.

Watches and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt subject to the goods remaining in original, unworn condition with the original packaging. For all returns, please ensure you complete a Return to GWC Form and include it in the returned package. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit. We will always aim to process refunds and/or exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the return.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please contact us and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.

Please note:  all refunds exclude the original delivery charge.
